Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup sugar
  • 1/4 Cup butter
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. salt
  • 1 Cup All Bran (Kellogg's)
  • 1 Cup boiling water
  • 2 Packages yeast
  • 1 Cup warm water
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 6-6 1/2 Cups flour

Instructions

  • Combine sugar, butter, salt, All Bran, and boiling water.
  • Cool. Soften yeast in warm water.
  • Add to above mixture.
  • Put all ingredients together and add flour, mix well.
  • Put in greased bowl and let rise until double in bulk.
  • Stir down and shape into 2 loaves.
  • Let rise until double.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
