Vegetable and Ground Beef Casserole


Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Pounds ground beef
- 1/4-1/2 Cups onions
- 6-7 medium potatoes (sliced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 5-6 carrots (sliced)
- 2 Cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 Pint Half and Half
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef with onions.
- Drain off fat.
- Layer potatoes, carrots, and ground beef in a large greased casserole.
- Season layers with salt and pepper to your own taste.
- Heat soup and the Half and Half, pour over layers and bake in a 375° oven for 1 1/2 hours approximately.
- May use green beans in place of carrots.
