Turkey Dressing Sandwiches


Ingredients
- 1 medium turkey (7-10 lbs.)
- 4 loaves bread (21 slices each or 24-26 cups bread cubes)
- 1 small can sage
- 1 Pound hamburger (browned)
- 1 Pound unseasoned pork sausage (browned)
- 1 large onion (diced)
Instructions
- Boil turkey until done.
- Cool and remove from bone.
- Reserve broth for later use.
- In large roaster combine bread (torn into pieces) and turkey broth until desired moistness is reached.
- Add turkey, sage, hamburger, sausage, and onion.
- Mix all well.
- Roast in oven at 350° until hot all the way through.
- Serve on buns.
- Can be used as a main dish also.
