Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp. + 2 Tsp. non-fat dry milk
  • 2 Tbsp. raisin
  • 1/2 Tsp. baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tsp. brown sugar or honey or sugar substitute
  • 3/4 Ounce oatmeal uncooked, old fashioned

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • In medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Spray cookie sheet with Pam, drop mixture on sheet.
  • Bake 10 minutes.
  • Equals one serving.
  • 1 protein, 1 bread, 1 fat, 1/2 milk, 1 fruit, optional calories 40 (brown sugar or honey).
