The Big Cookie


Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. + 2 Tsp. non-fat dry milk
- 2 Tbsp. raisin
- 1/2 Tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tsp. brown sugar or honey or sugar substitute
- 3/4 Ounce oatmeal uncooked, old fashioned
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Spray cookie sheet with Pam, drop mixture on sheet.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- Equals one serving.
- 1 protein, 1 bread, 1 fat, 1/2 milk, 1 fruit, optional calories 40 (brown sugar or honey).
