Swiss Chicken Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 - 9 " uncooked pastry shell
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz )
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 eggs well beaten
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 2 tbsp. chopped pimento

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°.
  • Bake shell for 8 minutes, remove from oven.
  • Reduce heat to 350°.
  • In medium bowl, toss cheese with flour & bouillon, add remaining ingredients.
  • Mix well; pour into prepared shell.
  • Bake until set, 40-50 min.
  • Let stand 10 minutes.
