Baked Sweet and Sour Sauerkraut


Ingredients
- 1 No. 2 1/2 Can sauerkraut ((drained))
- 1 large or 2 medium fresh tomatoes (sliced)
- 1 Cup light brown packed brown sugar
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 4 slices bacon (fried and crumbled)
- 4 Tbsp. bacon grease
Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
