Baked Sweet and Sour Sauerkraut

  • 1 No. 2 1/2 Can sauerkraut ((drained))
  • 1 large or 2 medium fresh tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1 Cup light brown packed brown sugar
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 4 slices bacon (fried and crumbled)
  • 4 Tbsp. bacon grease


  • Toss together all ingredients and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
