Swedish Potato Bologna


Ingredients
- 10 Pounds beef
- 8 Pounds pork
- 8 Pounds potatoes (par-boiled)
- 2 Pounds onions
- 2-3 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. salt and pepper (heaping)
Instructions
- Put all the above ingredients through sausage grinder twice, alternating ingredients so that they are thoroughly mixed.
- Put in casings.
- Boil and serve.
