Sugar Cookies


Ingredients
- 1 Cup granulated sugar
- 1 Cup powdered sugar
- 1 Cup butter
- 1 Cup oil
- 2 eggs (well beaten)
- 2 Tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 Tsp. soda
- 5 1/4 Cups flour
Instructions
- Cream sugars with butter.
- Add beaten eggs.
- Stir in oil and vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients and blend in.
- Form into balls.
- Dip in granulated sugar and flatten with bottom of glass.
- Bake at 350° until lightly browned, 8-10 minutes.
