- 2 large carrots
- 2 large stalks celery
- 1 medium bunch broccoli
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 1 medium onion
- Clean and cut all vegetables.
- Put all but mushrooms into pan.
- Stir to coat with 1/4 cup oil for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add mushrooms, 1/4 cup water, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. sugar.
- Cover and cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until just tender.
- Do not over cook.
