Ingredients

  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 large stalks celery
  • 1 medium bunch broccoli
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion

Instructions

  • Clean and cut all vegetables.
  • Put all but mushrooms into pan. 
  • Stir to coat with 1/4 cup oil for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Add mushrooms, 1/4 cup water, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. sugar.
  • Cover and cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until just tender.
  • Do not over cook.
