- 4 or 5 lbs. spareribs
- 1/3 cup light molasses
- 1/4 cup undiluted frozen orange juice
- 1/4 cup tomato catsup
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Sprinkle spareribs with salt and pepper.
- Place in shallow baking pan and bake 40 minutes.
- Remove from oven and drain off excess fat.
- Combine remaining ingredients pour over ribs.
- Bake 30-40 minutes.
- Baste with sauce until ribs are brown and thoroughly cooked.
