Sour Cream Raisin Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 Cup granulated sugar
  • 1 Cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Cup raisins
  • 1/2 Tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp. cloves
  • 1/8 Tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 o Tsp. grated lemon rind
  • 1/4 Tsp. salt
  • 1/3 Cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • Pie shell

Instructions

  • Add sugar and cream to eggs and beat thoroughly.
  • Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
  • Pour into a unbaked crust.
  • Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.
  • Lower heat 350°-375° and bake for 30 minutes or until silver knife comes clean after dippin the pie.
  • Makes one 9-inch pie.
  • Cool before serving.
