Sour Cream Raisin Pie


Ingredients
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 Cup granulated sugar
- 1 Cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Cup raisins
- 1/2 Tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp. cloves
- 1/8 Tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 o Tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1/4 Tsp. salt
- 1/3 Cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Pie shell
Instructions
- Add sugar and cream to eggs and beat thoroughly.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour into a unbaked crust.
- Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.
- Lower heat 350°-375° and bake for 30 minutes or until silver knife comes clean after dippin the pie.
- Makes one 9-inch pie.
- Cool before serving.
