Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup butter
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Cups flour
  • 1 Tsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tsp. soda
  • 1/2 Tsp. salt
  • 1 Cup sour cream
  • 1 Tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

  • 1/3 Cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 Cup white sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  • Cream butter and sugar well.
  • Add eggs, 1 at a time and beat well.
  • Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, and salt; add alternately with sour cream and vanilla.
  • Pour half of batter in greased bundt pan.
  • Combine topping ingredients.
  • Sprinkle half of topping over batter.
  • Pour rest of batter in pan.
  • Top with remaining topping.
  • Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.
