Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. asparagus
  • 1 tbsp. sesame seed
  • 1/3 cup salad oil
  • 2 small onions sliced
  • 1 1/2 lb. shrimp
  • 4 tea. soy sauce
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  • Cut asparagus into 2 inch pieces - set aside.
  • In 12" skillet over medium heat, toast sesame seeds until golden, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove seeds.
  • Set aside.
  • In same skillet over medium high heat with hot salad oil, cook asparagus, onions and shrimp.
  • Cook until shrimp is pink and vegetables are tender and crisp.
  • Stir frequently (5 minutes).
  • Stir in sesame seed, soy sauce and salt until just mixed.
