Scalloped Celery


Ingredients
- 1 bunch celery thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
Instructions
- Place celery in 9" square buttered shallow pan. Sprinkle with almonds and then grated cheese. Season. Blend milk with soup until smooth and pour over celery. Sprinkle crumbs on top and dot with butter. Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
