Rice Casserole

  • 1/2 Cup raw rice
  • 1 Can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 Cup water (more may have to be added as it cooks)
  • 3-4 Cups mixed vegetables (chopped (celery, broccoli, carrots, onion-small amount, green pepper))


  • Combine above ingredients.
  • Bake at 350° in a greased casserole for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  • It is done when rice is soft.
