Rice Casserole


Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup raw rice
- 1 Can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 Cup water (more may have to be added as it cooks)
- 3-4 Cups mixed vegetables (chopped (celery, broccoli, carrots, onion-small amount, green pepper))
Instructions
- Combine above ingredients.
- Bake at 350° in a greased casserole for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- It is done when rice is soft.
