Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups rhubarb
  • 2 Cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 slices bread (broken in pieces)
  • 2 crust pie shell
  • Milk
  • Sugar

Instructions

  • Mix rhubarb, 2 cups sugar, eggs, lemon juice, butter, and bread together and place in unbaked pie shell.
  • Cover with top crust.
  • Glaze with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
