Rhubarb Custard Pie


Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks (lightly beaten)
- 1/4 Cup Half and Half
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1 Tsp. flour
- 1/8 Tsp. salt
- 4 Cups rhubarb (cut up)
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shelf and margarine
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Mix egg and cream.
- Add sugar, flour, salt, and rhubarb.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Pour into shell.
- Bake until set about 1 hour.
- Top with margarine.
