Ingredients

COOK UNTIL THICK:

  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 2 Cups raisins
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Cup water

CRUST:

  • 1 Cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tsp. salt
  • 1/4 Cup oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 Cup flour
  • 3/4 Cup melted butter
  • 1/2 Tsp. soda dissolved in 1 Tsp. hot water
  • 1 Tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  • Mix crust ingredients well, spread 1/2 of mixture in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Pour raisin sauce over crust, add rest of crust to top - it will be crumbly.
  • Bake 25 minutes or until crust is brown, at 350°.
