Potatoes 'n Onions

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds hash browns
  • 1/2 Cup melted butter
  • 1/4 Cup chopped onion
  • 10 Ounces grated American cheese
  • 1 Can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 Cup sour cream (or 1 sour cream and 1 tatter topping)

Instructions

  • Thaw potatoes for 45 minutes.
  • Place in 9x12-inch pan.
  • Combine rest of ingredients except cheese and mix into the potatoes.
  • Top with cheese.
  • Bake 1 hour at 350°.
