Pork Chops and Peas with Mushroom Sauce

  • 6 pork chops
  • 2 Packages frozen green peas
  • 1/2 Cup chopped onion
  • 1 Can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1/2 Cup milk


  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Trim chops and brown on both sides.
  • Place chops in large, shallow baking dish.
  • Combine peas, onions, soup, and milk in bowl and pour over chops.
  • Cover, bake 1 hour.
  • Uncover and bake another 10 minutes until chops are tender.
  • Serve with buttered noodles.
