Pistachio Dessert

Ingredients

  • 36 Ritz crackers (crushed)
  • 1/2 Cup melted butter
  • 1/2 Gallon softened vanilla ice cream
  • 2 Packages pistachio instant pudding
  • 1 1/4 Cups milk
  • 1 Heath candy bar

Instructions

  • Mix Ritz crackers and butter; pat in 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Bake 8-10 minutes at 350°.
  • Let cool.
  • Mix pudding, milk and then ice cream.
  • Grate candy on top and refrigerate.
