Pecan Pie


Ingredients
- 1 Cup brown sugar
- 1/2 Cup butter
- 1/2 Cup white com syrup
- 1/4 Cup honey
- 5 medium eggs
- 1/2 Tsp. salt
- 2 Cups pecans
- 2 pie shells
Instructions
- Cream together sugar, butter, syrup, and honey.
- Add eggs and salt.
- Beat together and add pecans.
- Pour into unbaked pie shells and bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
- Turn down oven to 350° and bake for 30 minutes more or until done.
- Makes 2 shallow pies.
