Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 Cup butter
  • 1/2 Cup white com syrup
  • 1/4 Cup honey
  • 5 medium eggs
  • 1/2 Tsp. salt
  • 2 Cups pecans
  • 2 pie shells

Instructions

  • Cream together sugar, butter, syrup, and honey.
  • Add eggs and salt.
  • Beat together and add pecans.
  • Pour into unbaked pie shells and bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
  • Turn down oven to 350° and bake for 30 minutes more or until done.
  • Makes 2 shallow pies.
