Peanut Butter Fudge

  • 1 Cup white sugar
  • 1 Cup brown sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 Cup peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 Cup marshmallows
  • 1/4 Cup evaporated milk


  • Cook sugar, butler, and milk to a soft ball - 240°.
  • Add salt, vanilla, and mix.
  • Add marshmallows and peanut butter.
  • Remove from heat and beat until thick.
  • Pour into pan and let stand until hard.
