  • 1 1/2 cups cups Minute Rice (no other kind)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • Chicken pieces (wings not suggested. . .number of pieces depends on number of servings -skin chicken)
  • 1 pkg. Lipton's Onion Soup Mix (dry )


  • Grease 9 x 13 baking pan.
  • Pour uncooked rice evenly in pan.
  • Combine chicken soup and celery soup with milk and pour over rice.
  • Lay pieces of chicken (skinned) on top, then sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken.
  • Cover tightly with foil and bake 2-1/4 hours at 325°.
