Oven Chicken and Rice


Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cups Minute Rice (no other kind)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- Chicken pieces (wings not suggested. . .number of pieces depends on number of servings -skin chicken)
- 1 pkg. Lipton's Onion Soup Mix (dry )
Instructions
- Grease 9 x 13 baking pan.
- Pour uncooked rice evenly in pan.
- Combine chicken soup and celery soup with milk and pour over rice.
- Lay pieces of chicken (skinned) on top, then sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake 2-1/4 hours at 325°.
