Oven Caramel Corn


Ingredients
- 2 Cups brown sugar
- 1/2 Cup white sugar
- 1/2 Tsp. soda
- 1/2 Pound butter
- 1 Tsp. salt
- 8 Quarts popped corn
Instructions
- Combine sugar, butter, syrup, and salt.
- Boil 5 minutes.
- Stir in soda after you shut off burner.
- Stir fast and mix soda in good.
- Pour over corn and mix well.
- Put on cookie sheet and place in oven for 1 hour at 250°.
- Stir about every 15 minutes.
