Orange Sherbet Salad

  • 1 6 oz. pkg. orange gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water or orange juice
  • 1 cup reconstituted orange juice cold
  • 1 pt lemon or orange sherbet
  • 11 oz. can mandarin mandarin oranges drained


  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water (or juice).
  • Add cold orange juice and sherbet.
  • Beat with mixer at low speed until sherbet is melted & the mixture is smooth. 
  • Chill until thick but not set.
  • Add oranges.
  • Pour into 1 quart mold.
  • Chill until firm.
  • Serve with Orange Fluff Dressing.
