No-Knead Refrigerator Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs. yeast
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 6-7 cups flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup oil

Instructions

  • Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  • Add sugar, salt and half of the flour (3 - 3 1/2 cups). Mix.
  • Add egg and oil. Mix.
  • Add remaining flour.
  • Cover with damp cloth and store in refrigerator.
  • Will keep 6-7 days.
  • When ready to make rolls, form into desired shape and let rise. (2 hours covered).
  • Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes.
