No-Knead Refrigerator Rolls


Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. yeast
- 2 cups warm water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 6-7 cups flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup oil
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Add sugar, salt and half of the flour (3 - 3 1/2 cups). Mix.
- Add egg and oil. Mix.
- Add remaining flour.
- Cover with damp cloth and store in refrigerator.
- Will keep 6-7 days.
- When ready to make rolls, form into desired shape and let rise. (2 hours covered).
- Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes.
