- 4 minute steaks
- 2 Tsp. butter
- 1 8 oz. Can tomato sauce
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/2 Tsp. dried basil
- Mozzarella cheese
- Brown minute steak on both sides in butter.
- Add garlic and basil to tomato sauce and pour over minute steaks.
- Cover and simmer over very low heat for at least 1/2 hour.
- Top each steak with mozzarella cheese.
- Cover and allow cheese lo melt. Makes 4 servings.
