Mexican Salsa Sauce

  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoe puree
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt


  • Melt butter, add garlic and onion, and cook until soft.
  • Add tomatoe puree, chili powder and salt.
  • Cook five minutes. (or you may use canned Ortega green chili salsa)
