Make Ahead Salad

  • 1 large head lettuce (Chop fine)
  • 4 green onions (Chop fine)
  • 4 stalks celery (Chop fine)
  • 1 small pkg. frozen peas partially cooked


  • Mix all together. Put in 9 x 13 pan. Frost with real mayonnaise. 
  • Sprinkle with 1 t. sugar
  • Top with 1 lb. grated cheese (Colby longhorn) and 1 lb. crumbled bacon.
  • Refrigerate several hours or overnight. 
  • Keeps for several days in refrigerator.
