- 1 large head lettuce (Chop fine)
- 4 green onions (Chop fine)
- 4 stalks celery (Chop fine)
- 1 small pkg. frozen peas partially cooked
- Mix all together. Put in 9 x 13 pan. Frost with real mayonnaise.
- Sprinkle with 1 t. sugar
- Top with 1 lb. grated cheese (Colby longhorn) and 1 lb. crumbled bacon.
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Keeps for several days in refrigerator.
