Lemon Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 Package lemon Jello
  • 1 Cup hot water
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 or 3 Packages graham crackers
  • Brown sugar and butter
  • 1 Package cream cheese (8 oz. )
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1 Tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Can Carnation milk

Instructions

  • Mix first 3 ingredients.
  • Let cool.
  • Crush graham crackers.
  • Add 2 tbsp. brown sugar for each pack and enough butter to mix well.
  • Pat in 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Cream next 3 ingredients.
  • Chill milk, then whip.
  • Add to cheese mixture.
  • Add lemon to cheese mixture.
  • Pour over crust and refrigerate.
