- 1 - 3 lb. approximately beef roast
- 1 jar pepperocini peppers (Vlasic )
- onions if desired
- salt pepper & garlic
- Place roast in large pot.
- Add peppers, torn into pieces & juice.
- Add about a jar of water (depends on how juicy you like the finished product).
- Season to taste.
- Bring to a boil and simmer til meat is done.
- Tear meat into shreads.
- Serve on Italian rolls.
