  • 1 - 3 lb. approximately beef roast
  • 1 jar pepperocini peppers (Vlasic )
  • onions if desired
  • salt pepper & garlic


  • Place roast in large pot.
  • Add peppers, torn into pieces & juice.
  • Add about a jar of water (depends on how juicy you like the finished product). 
  • Season to taste.
  • Bring to a boil and simmer til meat is done.
  • Tear meat into shreads.
  • Serve on Italian rolls.


Great sandwich supper! Can be cooked in crackpot.
