Ingredients

  • 6 ribs pork chops 3/4 inch thick
  • Salt pepper and paprika
  • 5 potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 2 apples cored and sliced
  • chicken stock or white wine
  • 1 large onion sliced

Instructions

  • Place chops in baking dish.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Alternate potatoe apple and onion slices.
  • Press down with spatula and add stock or wine until just covered.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 min or until chops are done.
