Hot Fudge Sauce

  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch (heaping)
  • 1/4 Cup cocoa
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 Tsp. vanilla


  • Mix first 3 ingredients well with spoon.
  • Add water and butter and cook mixture until thick.
  • Watch carefully and stir occasionally at beginning and continually near end.
  • When thick, remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  • Serve over ice cream.
  • Delicious!
