Ingredients

  • 3 Pounds ground ham
  • 1 Pound ground beef
  • 1 Pound ground pork
  • 3 Cups graham crackers (crushed)
  • 2 Cups milk
  • 1/4 Tsp. pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tsp. salt

SAUCE:

  • 1 Cup water
  • 1 Cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tsp. mustard
  • 1 Cup catsup
  • 3/4 Cup vinegar

Instructions

  • Mix well and shape into balls.
  • Cook in sauce.

For Sauce:

  • Boil and pour over ham balls.
  • Bake in 325° oven for 90 minutes.
  • Baste during baking. Serves 3.
