Great Pie Crust


Ingredients
- 3 Cups flour
- 1 1/4 Cups shortening
- 1/4 Tsp. salt
- 1 Tsp. vinegar
- 1 egg
- 6 Tbsp. water
Instructions
- Blend flour, salt, and shortening until about the size of peas.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Add more water, if necessary, a teaspoon at a time.
- Divide in half and roll out to desired thickness. Makes two 9-inch crusts.
