  • 1 Pound cheese (shredded)
  • 1 Large Can evaporated milk
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard (scant)
  • 1 Dash Tabasco sauce


  • Mix all together and heat in a double boiler until thoroughly blended.
  • Makes approximately 3 pints.
  • Store in ice box.
