- Swiss steak or thick round steak (pounded & floured - 8 ounces to person)
- 1 Package dry onion soup mix
- Pepper as desired
- 1-2 Cans beef bouillon (depending on amount of meat)
- Flour and brown steak.
- Layer in a roaster or baking pan and sprinkle with onion soup mix and pepper.
- Pour beef bouillon over all and bake, covered until nice and tender, 350° for 2 - 2 1/2 hours.
- Turn meat occasionally.
