German Cheese Cake

  • 4 Cups pot cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1/4 Cup melted butter
  • Cup tight cream or Rich milk
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tsp. salt


  • Put cheese through a strainer and beat eggs until light.
  • Then combine all ingredients.
  • Use rich biscuit dough for bottom crust.
  • Fill with mixtures and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Bake at 450° for 15 minutes and then at 375° for 1 hour.
