- 4 Cups pot cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1/4 Cup melted butter
- Cup tight cream or Rich milk
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 Tsp. salt
- Put cheese through a strainer and beat eggs until light.
- Then combine all ingredients.
- Use rich biscuit dough for bottom crust.
- Fill with mixtures and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake at 450° for 15 minutes and then at 375° for 1 hour.
