Fruit Tarts


Ingredients
- 2 8 oz. Packages cream cheese
- 3/4 Cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- Box vanilla wafers
- 1 Tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Can fruit pie filling
Instructions
- Put a vanilla wafer in bottom of foil cupcake paper.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice.
- Fill cupcake papers 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture.
- Bake 10 minutes in 375° oven.
- Top with fruit pie filling, any flavor.
- Makes 30 tarts.
