Fruit Pizza

Press sliced refrigerator sugar cookie dough to cover pizza pan surface. Bake according to direction (till edges are golden brown) Cool.

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla


  • Spread over giant cookie.
  • Arrange fresh fruit (canned or) in decorative pattern.
  • Chill. (Good fruits to use: grapes, peaches, nectarines, plums bananas strawberries). 


Crust can be baked, wrapped & frozen ahead of time. Thaw while still wrapped; fill & chill again to serve.
