Fettuccine In Cream Sauce
- 1 stick butter melted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- grated parmesan
- Combine butter and cream and warm for a minute, until the cream is room temperature.
- Add egg and whisk well.
- Add cooked pasta, cheese, salt and pepper; mix quickly but thoroughly over low heat and serve immediately.
- Serve with Parmesan at the table.
