Easy Cheesecake

  • 1 Envelope unflavoured gelatin
  • 1/4 Cup cold water
  • 1 8 oz. Package cream cheese ((softened))
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 3/4 Cup milk
  • 1/4 Cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 Pint whipping cream (whipped)
  • 1 graham cracker crust


  • Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in saucepan.
  • Let stand for 1 minute.
  • Stir over low heat till dissolved.
  • Combine cream cheese and sugar with mixer.
  • Gradually add milk, lemon juice, and gelatin.
  • Chill, stirring occasionally, till mounds slightly.
