  • Wash cucumbers and pack in hot jars.
  • Add 1 or 2 heads of dill to each jar.
  • Combine 2 quarts water, 1 quart vinegar, and 1 cup pickling salt and boil hard.
  • Pour over cucumbers and seal jars.
