Instructions

  • Heat 1 quart milk.
  • Add 1/2 Cup sugar, 118 tsp. salt, and 1 tsp vanilla.
  • Beat 6 eggs.
  • Stir hot milk mixture into eggs.
  • Pour into buttered dish.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
  • Bake in slow, 325°oven, until knife inserted into center comes out clean. (If you use custard cups, this will make 10.)
