Cream Rhubarb Pie


Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- 2 egg yolks
- Salt
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup cream (Half and Half)
- 2 egg whites
- Rhubarb
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
Instructions
- Fill pie crust with cut up rhubarb.
- Mix egg yolks, flour, sugar, salt, and cream.
- Pour over rhubarb.
- Bake at 350° until done.
- Make meringue with egg whites and sugar.
- Put on pie and bake until meringue is light tan.
