- 1 pkg. lime jello
- 1 no. 2 can crushed pineapple (save juice )
- 1 cup whip cream
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 pint cottage cheese
- Mi x jello, use juice to make the 2 cups of liquid.
- Let stand until thick enough to whip.
- Whip the cream and add pineapple, jello, nuts, and the cottage cheese. (Folding in).
- Put into mold and chill until good and firm.
