Cottage Cheese Lime Mold

  • 1 pkg. lime jello
  • 1 no. 2 can crushed pineapple (save juice )
  • 1 cup whip cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 pint cottage cheese


  • Mi x jello, use juice to make the 2 cups of liquid. 
  • Let stand until thick enough to whip. 
  • Whip the cream and add pineapple, jello, nuts, and the cottage cheese. (Folding in).
  • Put into mold and chill until good and firm.


The flavor is better if made one day ahead of time. The cottage cheese should be drained good (dry).
