Coconut Candy


Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 2 Cups powdered sugar
- 8 Ounces coconut
- 2 squares semi-sweet chocolate (melted)
Instructions
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Remove from heat.
- Add sugar and coconut.
- Mix well.
- Shape teaspoonful into balls.
- Make indent in center and place on cookie sheet.
- Fill centers in melted chocolate.
- Chill until firm.
- Store in ice box.
- Makes 3 dozen.
