Chuck Roast


Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Pounds stew meat
- 1 Cup celery (optional)
- 6 medium carrots
- 1 Can tomatoes
- 3 medium onions
- 5 medium potatoes
- 1/2 Cup bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca
Instructions
- Mix together and bake in slow oven, 250°, for 5 hours.
- Do NOT open roaster while cooking.
