Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs. cut up pork
  • cooking oi 1
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. brown gravy sauce
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 2 1 g cans chop suey vegetables

Instructions

  • Flour pork and fry in cooking oil.
  • When well browned cover with water and simmer about 1/2 hr.
  • Add chopped onion, celery, gravey sauce & soy sauce.
  • Simmer 30 minutes.
  • Add suey vegetables and mushrooms drained.
  • Heat through.
  • Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
